PWM-Security: Monitor and Review Security Operations (MRSO)

MRSO – Monitor and Review Security Operations is a course designed for security personnel aiming to become Senior Security Supervisors (SSS). In the course, we equip security personnel with the essential knowledge and skills to effectively prepare, monitor and review security operations at their workplace. Participants will also learn how to conduct a site assessment, address security deficiencies, and submit findings and recommendations for improvement. Upon completion, participants will be capable of thoroughly assessing client security status through a comprehensive review of the security system at the deployment site, as well as the performance of their fellow security officers.

This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Security Sector.

In addition to Monitor and Review Security Operations (MRSO), learners must also complete any two of the following courses in order to become a Senior Security Supervisor (SSS):

• Deploy Security Equipment (DSE), formerly known as Access Control Management
• Conduct Operation Briefing and Debriefing (COBD), formerly known as Manpower Planning
• Perform Monitoring and Reporting Duties at Central Command Centre (PMRDCCC), formerly known as Incident Response
