PMRDCCC – Perform Monitoring and Reporting Duties at Central Command Centre is a course for learners who are in the security industry looking to be a Senior Security Supervisor (SSS). PMRDCCC aims to provide learners with the skills and knowledge to perform monitoring and reporting duties at a central command centre. In addition, learners also can expect to learn how to deploy additional manpower as required for certain situations or incidents.
- Maintain attendance report at different work sites at the command centre.
- Assist with manpower shortage due to absentees.
- Deploy additional manpower when required during various incidents.
- Analyse and identify root causes of reoccurring incidents at sites
- Monitor progress of corrective actions and preventive actions on sites.
- Write site incident reports at the command centre level.
- Prepare for security operations at command centre
- Responding to security incidents at sites from command centre
- Monitoring progress of corrective and preventive action and reporting incidents
1. Assessment will be conducted by an independent assessor (examiner) from *POLWEL (*Police Welfare Co-operative)
2. Assessment format : Role-Play and Oral Questions
3. Assessment duration: 2 hours
