PSDLF – Perform Supervisory Duties within Legal Framework is a course for learners who are in the security industry looking to be a Security Supervisor (SS). PSDLF aims to provide learners with the skills and knowledge to manage security operations while complying with the legal requirements in the security industry.
This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Security Sector.
- Get an overview of the regulatory systems, provisions and bodies that may affect the security agency and/or client
- Acquire skills and knowledge on incident management and reporting according to site and client's requirements
- Understand and interpret security contracts and agreements
- Understand and execute security requirements and security operations orders

Written Assessment - 2 hours
Role Play & Oral Questioning - 1 hour
Assessment is conducted by KnowledgeTree Training Centre
1. Must have already obtained a valid PLRD security license
2. Completed SSO courses
3. Trainee must be able to speak, write and understand simple English as the courses are conducted in English
Learners are required to complete the full training duration for each module and sit for the assessment.
Learners must maintain 100% attendance and achieve a ‘Competent’ rating in the assessment.

REFUND POLICY
Course Fee refunds has to be made at least 3 working days before course start date. Course fees are non-refundable once your a]endance is confirmed.
Reassessment Policy
Learners who fail to obtain a competent result are required to pay for the reassessment fees and retake assessment within 60 days from the original course date. Otherwise, learners are required to pay the balance of the full course fee if they choose to withdraw from the course.
