ABOUT

ISP – Induct Security Personnel provides individuals with the skills and knowledge to conduct an induction programme for their security officers at their workplace. As a Progressive Wage Model (PWM) Security Supervisor (SS) course, learners will also be able to train security officers to be able to perform their job scope effectively.

SYLLABUS

CE 1: Prepare to induct security officer
CE 2: Conduct induction on access control
CE 3: Conduct induction on patrolling
CE 4: Conduct induction on security and alarm systems
CE 5: Conduct induction on reception duties

ASSESSMENT

1. Case Study: 20 mins

2. Role Play & Oral Questioning: 60 mins

3. Assessment is conducted by KnowledgeTree Training Centre

ENTRY REQUIREMENT

1. Must have already obtained a valid PLRD security license

2. Completed SSO Courses

3. Trainee must be able to speak, write and understand simple English as the courses are conducted in English

TRAINING DURATION

2 Training Days + 0.5 (In-Person)

Attendance requirement

Learners are required to attain the full training duration for each module and sit for the assessment

Course completion requirements

Learners are required to have 100% attendance and obtain a “Competent” for assessment

All participants to be in long pants & covered shoes.

REFUND POLICY

Course Fee refunds has to be made at least 3 working days before course start date. Course fees are non-refundable once your a]endance is confirmed.

Reassessment Policy

Learners who fail to obtain a competent result are required to pay for the reassessment fees and retake assessment within 60 days from the original course date. Otherwise, learners are required to pay the balance of the full course fee if they choose to withdraw from the course.
