Perform Supervisory Duties Within Legal Framework (PSDLF)

Introduction

Security Supervisor is the third rank of the Progressive Wage Model (PWM). Security officers who are interested to upgrade themselves to Security Supervisor (SS), will be required to at least have 1-year experience as a Senior Security Officer (SSO) and fulfil the training requirements.

Perform Supervisory Duties Within Legal Framework (PSDLF) is one of the courses for officers who are looking to upgrade themselves to Security Supervisor (SS). The PSDLF course will equip officers with the right skills and knowledge to manage security operations while complying with the legal requirements in the security industry.

What to aspect of the PSDLF course?

Learners will get an overview of the regulatory systems, provisions, and bodies that may affect the security agency and/or client. Learners will also acquire skills and knowledge on incident management and reporting according to site and client’s requirements.

At the end of the course, learners will be able to understand and interpret security contracts and agreements as well as execute security requirements and security operation orders.
