Provide Hospitality Protection Services is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively ensure the security of hospitality venues such as clubs, bars and nightlife entertainment outlets. This course aims to guide participants on the essential roles and responsibility of security personnel assigned to such venues.
- Understand and apply basic venue security principles to manage crowd movement, entry control, and restricted areas safely and efficiently
- Apply crowd control techniques and handle difficult patrons professionally, reducing conflicts and maintaining a safe environment
- Understand and follow Singapore’s laws and regulations related to nightlife security, ensuring legal and ethical conduct when on duty
- Respond effectively to emergencies such as fights, medical incidents, fires, and evacuations, ensuring patron safety

Learners are required to complete the full training duration for each module and sit for the assessment.

REFUND POLICY
Course Fee refunds has to be made at least 3 working days before course start date. Course fees are non-refundable once your a]endance is confirmed.
Reassessment Policy
Learners who fail to obtain a competent result are required to pay for the reassessment fees and retake assessment within 60 days from the original course date. Otherwise, learners are required to pay the balance of the full course fee if they choose to withdraw from the course.
