MDCTB – Manage Disorderly Conduct and Threatening Behaviour is one of the 2 SSO courses for a Senior Security Officer (SSO). Learners will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to handle people that show signs of being threatening or displaying behaviour that is inappropriate.
- Determine areas that are may be susceptible to aggressive or threatening behaviour at their workplace
- Approach individuals that are aggressive or threatening
- Handle cases that involves aggressive or threatening individuals such as visitor disputes or conflicts
- Prepare for Work Activities
- Deter threatening behaviour through visible security presence.
- Deal with disorderly/threatening behaviour.
1. Assessment will be conducted by an independent assessor (examiner) from *POLWEL (*Police Welfare Co-operative)
2. Assessment format : Role Play and Role Questions
3. Assessment duration : 30mins - 1 hour
1. Must have already obtained a valid PLRD security license
2. Completed SO Courses
3. Trainee must be able to speak, write and understand simple English as the courses are conducted in English
Learners are required to attain the full training duration for each module and sit for the assessment
Learners are required to have 100% attendance and obtain a “Competent” for assessment

REFUND POLICY
Course Fee refunds has to be made at least 3 working days before course start date. Course fees are non-refundable once your a]endance is confirmed.
Reassessment Policy
Learners who fail to obtain a competent result are required to pay for the reassessment fees and retake assessment within 60 days from the original course date. Otherwise, learners are required to pay the balance of the full course fee if they choose to withdraw from the course.
