IIMP – Implement Incident Management Process course equips the person in charge of a facility with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively implement the incident management process during emergency situations in a process facilities. This course is specially designed to equip senior management and executives in organisation who are earmarked for appointments of Site Main Controller (SMC) and Site Incident Controller (SIC) in the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT).
- Incident management approach and structure to ascertain the scope and severity of the emergency
- Utilise incident management areas and processes to implement emergency response strategies
- Utilise appropriate communication methods when managing an incident to control all internal and external resources.

Written Assessment: 30 minutes
Case Study: 30 minutes
Assessment will be conducted by KnowledgeTree Training Centre.
1. Trainee must be able to speak, write and understand simple English as the courses are conducted in English.
2. Supervisor Level or Managerial Level (with min. N level)
Learners are required to complete the full training duration for each module and sit for the assessment.
Learners must maintain 100% attendance and achieve a ‘Competent’ rating in the assessment.

REFUND POLICY
Course Fee refunds has to be made at least 3 working days before course start date. Course fees are non-refundable once your a]endance is confirmed.
Reassessment Policy
Learners who fail to obtain a competent result are required to pay for the reassessment fees and retake assessment within 60 days from the original course date. Otherwise, learners are required to pay the balance of the full course fee if they choose to withdraw from the course.
