CCTC – Conduct Crowd and Traffic Control is an events security course for security personnel that are required to perform crowd and traffic control duties at their workplace. Learners will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to use appropriate equipment such as barriers and signages effectively. Likewise, learners will learn how to deal with and manage crowd behaviours. Lastly, learners will also learn to use hand signals to direct traffic confidently.
- Use crowd control and traffic control equipment effectively including preparing equipment readiness.

- Understand regulatory traffic rules.

1. Assessment will be conducted by an independent assessor (examiner) from *POLWEL (*Police Welfare Co-operative)
2. Assessment format : Role-Play and Oral Questions
3. Assessment duration: 1 Hour 40 Minutes
1. Must have already obtained a valid PLRD security license
2. Trainee must be able to speak, write and understand simple English as the courses are conducted in English
Learners are required to attain the full training duration for each module and sit for the assessment
Learners are required to have 100% attendance and obtain a “Competent” for assessment

REFUND POLICY
Course Fee refunds has to be made at least 3 working days before course start date. Course fees are non-refundable once your a]endance is confirmed.
Reassessment Policy
Learners who fail to obtain a competent result are required to pay for the reassessment fees and retake assessment within 60 days from the original course date. Otherwise, learners are required to pay the balance of the full course fee if they choose to withdraw from the course.
